BTH Mobile sand moisture analyser
The new BTH is a mobile moisture analyser for determining the moisture content in bulk materials such as sand, gravel and chippings. The BTH is characterised by precise measurement and user-friendly operation.

Maintenance module
Every motor, every valve and every limit switch can be monitored. When a predefined condition is reached, a message appears in plain text, which is saved in a file for later processing.
Operating time e.g. change the gear oil after 500 operating hours of the crusher. The current operating time is always displayed.

Automatic set-up operation of the dosing slides
By entering the number of measuring points and the time intervals with material running time, the slider is opened by pressing the start button, the material flow on the belt weigher is measured and the dosing curve of the dosing slider is automatically determined and saved.
The individual measurement results are displayed in tabular and graphical form.
The automatic setup of the dosing slides can be repeated as often as required.

Statistics
All statistics can be output in freely selectable time windows
Loading statistics with target/actual comparison with difference calculation
Customer statistics, construction site statistics, vehicle statistics
Loading protocols: selection option for each individual loading with order data, display of all dosed components with target quantity and total actual quantity
LOG file All processes on the system are recorded and written to a LOG file
This LOG file can be viewed on the screen or output to the printer.
Additional features
Password protection of the system: A password is stored for each system user.
Each system user can be given access to the programme components.
Post-processing of delivery notes
Protocol printout from database - no need to run a protocol printer
Language switchable at the touch of a button (if delivered in a foreign language)
Logging of all operator functions and system errors for later inspection of the system
Data export in ASCII or Excel format for subsequent data preparation with Excel
