System visualisation KSA-VISU

KSA is a modular process control system for manual and automatic control of processes in the gravel plant. It consists of the KSA-DV management software and the KSA-VISU plant visualisation system.
Thanks to its modular structure, it enables the production of a system control that is precisely customised to your requirements. Only the hardware and software modules required for the production process to be controlled are put together.

The visualisation and operation of the system is implemented via an individually tailored process visualisation. During operation, the visualisation shows an overview with a schematic floor plan of the system. All relevant operating processes and system statuses, as well as an exact fault message display in plain text with time and date, are shown graphically. Thanks to the modular design of the system, additional units and system components can be retrofitted or modified at any time. The KSA-VISU also has a maintenance module with which all maintenance intervals can be controlled and recorded.
Each emergency stop and ripcord limit switch is displayed separately. When pressed, the corresponding lamp flashes and an error message appears as text. All error messages are saved in a file and can be sorted as required for later checking.

Maintenance module

Every motor, every valve and every limit switch can be monitored. When a predefined condition is reached, a message appears in plain text, which is saved in a file for later processing.
Operating time
E.g. change the gear oil after 500 operating hours of the crusher. The current operating time is always displayed.
Switching cycles
For example, retighten the screws after 200 switching cycles. The current number of switching cycles is always displayed.

Automatic set-up operation of the dosing slides

By entering the number of measuring points and the time intervals with material running time, the slider is opened by pressing the start button, the material flow on the belt weigher is measured and the dosing curve of the dosing slider is automatically determined and saved.
The individual measurement results are displayed in tabular and graphical form.
The automatic setup of the dosing slides can be repeated as often as required.

LOG file All processes on the system are recorded and written to a LOG file.
